Accessibility and Usability Statement
The Loulé City Council is committed to making the Website www.mupiesloule.loulelocal.pt available, in compliance with Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, regarding the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

IV. Other evidence
At the time of filling out this Statement, the Loulé City Council did not present other evidence or initiatives to ensure that its website complies with the accessibility requirements established by Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19.
V. Reporting situations of discrimination
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19, whenever a person with a disability is subjected to less favorable treatment than that which is, has been, or will be given to another person in a comparable situation, which constitutes a discriminatory practice against people with disabilities, foreseen and punished under the terms of Article 4 of Law no. 46/2006, of August 28, that person may file a complaint, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 34/2007, of February 15.
The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.) provides a form to report situations of discrimination, forwarding the complaints submitted to the competent entities. Annually, the INR, I.P. prepares an annual report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination based on disability and the existence of an increased health risk (Law no. 46/2006, of August 28).
This Accessibility and Usability Statement was created with the help of the WAI-Tools PT v1.5 Generator, developed within the scope of the WAI-Tools project, of whose consortium AMA is an integral part. The Statement was conceived in compliance with Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19.
This statement may be updated at any time with the aim of improving accessibility indices.
